The new upcoming movie Despicable Me 3 is going to be in theaters June 30, 2017. Despicable Me 3 is starring: Steve Carell as Gru and Dru / Kristen Wiig as  Lucy Wilde / Jenny Slate as Valerie Da Vinci / Miranda Cosgrove as Margo / Steve Coogan as Silas / Trey Parker as Balthazar Bratt / Russell Brand as Dr. Nefario / Dana Gaier as Edith / Pierre Coffin as Kevin, Bob and Stuart the minions / Nev Scharrel as Agnes / Andy Nyman as Clive.

But I just have one question: Will it be better than the previous Despicable Me movies? So I did some research and asked my class to get some other opinions. First, I did some research on its summary.  According to IMDb, Despicable Me 3‘s summary is, “Gru meets his long-lost charming, cheerful, and more successful twin brother Dru who wants to team up with him for one last criminal heist.” Also, according to Den of Geek, Despicable Me 3 is about, “Gru faces off against Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who grows up to become obsessed with the character he played in the ’80s and gets into some sibling rivalry when he meets his long lost twin brother, Dru.”

I gave my class a poll to answer if they think the new despicable me will be better then the previous ones. 8/11 (72%) people said no and 3/11 (27%) said yes. I think Despicable Me 3 will be better than the previous ones because, over the years, the cast and crew learn to be funnier. Others may say they don’t like the movies because they are boring or no fun. So my question to you is, “Who’s side are you on?”

I think you should see Despicable Me 3 because it will make you laugh. Others may say “Don’t go see Despicable Me 3. It will make you fall asleep.” Are you going to see the movie and like it or stay at home and wonder how good the movie was? Did you choose a side yet? If not, you should see the three trailers below.
